5.Illegals Program: The 'Illegals Program' was a covert Russian plot to infiltrate U.S government circles with Russian sleeper agents in 1990s. City 40 became the birthplace of the Soviet Nuclear Program and housed scientists working at the Mayak Nuclear Facility. The area became riddled with radiation after accidents released over 3 times more contamination than the Chernobyl Disaster and residents were never told about the risks or allowed to leave in order to keep the site and program a secret. The CBSE Class 12 Mathematics board exam paper was conducted today, March 20, at various test centres across India. According to an experienced CBSE Board examiner for Maths, the paper was quite easy with questions mainly set from the NCERT book. Reports from other teachers also say that NCERT was the main focus for questions this year, along with familiar questions from previous years' papers and NCERT examples and MCQs. Most students found the paper quite easy and though some said that it was a bit lengthy, no one called the paper difficult. The paper was termed much easier than last year's, but a few of them couldn't complete the entire paper and fell short of time. CBSE Board Class 12 Exam 2017: English (Core) Question Paper Analysis New Delhi:  The Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations of Central Board of Secondary Education started today. Class 12 exams started with students attending English core, English Elective - NCERT and English Elective - CBSE (English Functional). 10,98,981 students have enrolled for Class-XII exams this year, with a 2.82 per cent increase from the preceding last years count.
