5 Horrifying True Ouija Board Stories

1.Roland Doe:

The movie 'The Exorcist' may actually be based on this true story of a boy with pseudonym 'Roland Doe'.In the 1940s, Roland was reportedly trained by his Aunt Harriet to use the Ouija Board to communicate with the spirit world.After his Aunt's untimely death, the boy tried to use the board to communicate with his Aunt but instead made a HORRIFYING CONNECTION.Roland became possessed by a demon that spoke in tongues and could levitate objects while seizing him in a trance.The deeply disturbed boy violently resisted several exorcisms and was eventually committed to a psychiatric ward.Finally in the last ditch attempt,he was lashed to the bed and the words 'EVIL' appeared on his body.It took 3 priests to complete the exorcism in an experience so chillingly real that the church hid the boy's name forever.

2.Bessie Gilmore:

When convicted murderer Gary Gilmore was begging to get executed in 1977, was he trying to free himself of a demonic possession? Following the execution of Gary by the Utah Firing Squad,his brother wrote a startling account of his disturbed family.He claimed that their mother Bessie used a Ouija Board to connect with a demon and that it attached themselves to the family.Bessie would reportedly feel it touch her face at night and once awoke to find herself being watched by the inhumane creature.A terrified Bessie is said to have jumped up from her bed to find her mother-in-law shouting 'IT KNOWS WHO YOU ARE!'.Bessie then supposedly ran to protect her children but found it staring back at her from Gary's chest.

3.The Carroll Family:

In 2014,Paul Carroll was summoning the dead with a Ouija Board but instead he claimed to have opened a portal to an evil realm.Stunned by what he saw, he lost control and believed that a demon had escaped and had inhabited the family dog.Police later blamed the distressed Paul when the poor animal was found dismembered outside his house.He claimed that black magic was at work but the Board was hellbent on proving him right.A week following Paul's arrest,his wife and step-daughter overdosed on pills and set the house on fire.Both barely survived to tell the investigators that the demon had possessed them and had told them that they were going to die.

4.The Sallie House:

The Sallie House in Atchison,Kansas is rumored to be plagued by evil forces and is considered one of America's most haunted homes.Reports of the paranormal acitvity started when Tony and Debra Pickman heard eerie voices after buying the house in the 1990s. Seeking an explanation the couple contacted the ghost of a little girl named Sallie using a Ouija Board.Sallie was the illegitimate daughter of one the previous owners who was left to die in a closet as a shameful mistake.Her spirit warned them that the house is cursed and since them visitors have since been tormented with mysterious cuts and bruises.It is claimed that the connection made with Sallie can still be heard in electronic monitoring and has revealed other voices.

5.Man In Black:

In 2016 nearly 100 Peruvian girls claimed to be possessed by the devil and claimed to see a mysterious Man In Black.These children were recorded on video fainting,seizing and frothing from their mouths in terrifying episodes.Frightened parents suspected a mass demonic possession and it was reported the man had been summoned using a Ouija Board.All of the girls saw eerily similar visions of a tall slenderman like creature who chased them and tried to strangle them.Witnesses described seeing at least one victim clutching her neck and choking as she screamed 'TAKE IT OUT!'.Despite an investigation the hallucinations and disturbing physical symptoms remain unaccounted for.
